Three Time’s A Charm!
Our third chill-out & coaching session at Bianca was once again a resounding success, all thanks to the mouth-watering Italian food that kept us indulged from 7pm till 11pm! That’s right, we can really eat! Check out the satisfied faces of blokes and babes who came last Friday.

L-R: Donald (the chef!), Justin, Danny, Mira, Adrian, Meng Qi, Doris and Me.
Not in pic: Jim and Brennan
In case you are new to this site, the whole idea of meeting up every Friday started out of a (painful) realization that I will not be seeing all of you for the rest of the year because of my engagement in Sri Lanka. This prompted me to organize a casual meet-up where you can chill over good food and have your burning questions on public speaking answered. And this is already the third run. I only wish we have started this much earlier.
Check out the remaining pictures that we happily snapped away at Bianca, an Italian restaurant that my friend Donald set up.

Bruschetta - garlic bread with tomatoes

Tagliatelle Bolognese - you got to try this when you are Bianca.

And that’s me whipping cream for the first time! A record time of God knows how long to get the mixture into whipped cream…

That’s the sponge fingers (also known as lady fingers??!!) mixed with espresso.

The white stuff is whipped cream with Mascarpone, vanilla essence, eggs and sugar.

Tada - the final product. TIRAMISU!!!
A snippet of the entire recording on how to make Tiramisu by Donald Tsu. You know, I am so going to make one at Sri Lanka, especially when I am home sick.
For those of you who are dying to get a taste of Italy, his mini restaurant is located on 146 Market Street (below Market Street Carpark) @ #01-40.
This Friday (3rd Aug, 7pm) I will be conducting a three hour public speaking program with Executive Coach International. I swear this will be the LAST one before I fly off to Sri Lanka. In fact it was planned just a few days ago. As justified by the program manager Lin, “I can’t just let you go off without doing one more program for our people…”
Anyway, I have requested for five tickets to the program at a complimentary price of $25 and you all know that this is wayyyyyyyyy underpriced since I charge $80 per person in the market. So yes, you can take full advantage of this 70% off but… only if you are fast enough. Drop me an email at eric@ericfeng.com to reserve the ticket.
See you on Friday!
Cheers,
Eric Feng
